Pre-Order Policy

To place a pre-order with CASA ROYALE, a 50% deposit is required. The remaining balance is due upon the arrival of your order at our warehouse, typically between 8-12 weeks. Please note that delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. Pre-orders are final once the advance payment is received and cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded, except for major faults, in which case store credit will apply. By making an advance payment, you agree to the terms and conditions of this pre-order sale.

When your pre-order arrives at our warehouse, you will be notified and must pay the remaining balance within 14 days. Delivery should be taken within 21 days of notification. Additional storage charges will apply after 21 days, and we reserve the right to sell pre-order items if delivery is not taken within 30 days. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge the wait time and agree to the terms set out on our website, including accepting the product's size and color. Delivery and assembly may incur additional costs. Products may have minor marks from transport, which can be fixed for a fee.

Returns

All pre-orders are considered custom-made goods and are non-returnable, except under Australian Consumer Law (ACL) for issues related to product description, fit for purpose, and quality. For more details, refer to ACL rights.

Cancellation

Pre-orders are custom orders, and cancellation will result in forfeiting all or part of your payment. Pre-orders typically take 8-12 weeks to arrive but may be delayed due to factors like customs clearance and inclement weather. By paying in advance, you accept the risk and agree to the terms. Pre-orders cannot be canceled without forfeiting the payment.

Return & Exchange Policy

At CASA ROYALE, we value your satisfaction. Our return policy is designed to give you confidence in your purchases. If you change your mind or are dissatisfied with a product, we've got you covered. We believe that a clear refund or exchange policy is essential to build trust and ensure you can shop with peace of mind.

Orders can be canceled within 48 hours, except for SALE items. Refunds are not typically provided for change of mind, wrong selection, or finding cheaper alternatives elsewhere. No change-of-mind refunds after 48 hours. If granted, change-of-mind refunds incur a 50% restocking fee and return freight costs. Customized, SALE, or as-is items are non-returnable. Items sold "as is" have limited warranties, no refunds, and no exchanges. Refunds for incorrect decisions or if the purchase cannot fit through your doors are not provided.

Warranty Information

This Refund, Return, and Repair Policy applies to purchases made online and in-store. CASA ROYALE aims for customer satisfaction and recommends reading this policy before purchasing. Inspect delivered or collected goods immediately to ensure they meet acceptable quality and description.

Goods Damaged in Transit

If goods arrive damaged, contact us via email as soon as possible. We will review your claim and discuss options, typically arranging a return for replacement or refund. Minor blemishes from transport are not considered defects. Notify the driver immediately of any damage upon delivery and report it on the delivery docket and online claim form.

 Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 3 days by CASA ROYALE Pty Ltd.

Delivery Charges

If replacement and returns are approved in writing by CASA ROYALE, the customer bears the freight costs. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.

Returns and Repairs

​For returns or repairs, contact or visit the CASA ROYALE store where you collected your goods. A staff member will assist with inspections, repairs, or replacements. Goods must be returned within a reasonable timeframe, which varies by product. For large or installed items, contact our Sales Team for an inspection. Repair times vary, and you may be charged for labor, assessment, and freight if damage is due to misuse or accidents.
